THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE!

Although we didn't make it back to Phoenix for Thanksgiving for the first time ever, we had a great time spending it with family in San Diego. Tara and Amy hosted Thanksgiving for Paul and Diane, John and Asher and I and my Dad. Amy cooked the turkey and all the extras and everything was delicious! Alot of things happened over the holidays and Asher is starting to show us his wonderful personality. He likes to be left alone to play (which he gets from John!), but he also loves to talk and be social (like me!). So, he is definitely a good mix :) I also think he is finally starting to look more like me, but of course, I am one of the only ones who thinks so. Over the holidays, Asher mastered crawling, learned how to stand up on his own and he is now trying to balance standing by himself. The house was quickly baby proofed, but he somehow finds all the things he is not supposed to have! We really have to watch where we put our drinks down; it's like he waits for us to put a cup down so he can pounce! The pictures below cover from about Thanksgiving through Christmas. ENJOY!

This holidays went by fast and soon after our trip to see family in Tucson, we went back home to San Diego. I just wanted to say thank you for the best 1st Christmas ever! I love you all!

Six months.... I am half a year old!

My sixth month has so far been my most exciting! I am such an independent baby and love to be on the floor by myself and play with my toys. I learned how to sit up all by myself, and I am soooo close to learning how to crawl. I have managed to figure out how to crawl backwards, but still can't figure out for the life of me to move forward! I know how to say the letter "B" and walk around saying "buh, buh, buh!". I love to eat my toes and have my feet in my mouth every chanceI get. I have miraculously learned how to get out of my swing, bouncy chair and carseat! SO, now mom straps me in tight all the time, which I hate! I also now eat grownup food! My favorite is apples! But, mom makes me eat peas and sweet potatoes and other veggies too. 5 months an counting!

Wow, my fifth month is off to a great start!! I am starting to figure out who my family and friends are, I learned to roll over all by myself, and I make my parents laugh all the time! Here is an update on what I have been up to!

My grandma and Grantie Jan came into town and took me to the zoo! It was so much fun! This is me getting ready for my adventure!

Introducing month 4!

I just keep getting bigger and bigger and learning more and more things! Did you know when I look into a mirror, I can see myself on the other side??? It's like having a twin! I had a big milestone this month, I started going to day care! My mommy went back to work and now I get to go to school three days a week and play with my new friends, Diego and Sienna. I even have a new girlfriend named Sara! She is so cute :) I also got to go to my first famiy reunion! WOW, my family is HUGE! I met so many people, I'm going to have to start memorizing names!

...and now I am finally big enough to ride on daddy's shoulders! This is my new favorite thing to do!

I am getting so much stronger and now I love to pull myself up during tummy time :)

I am a super big flirt and loved it when my friend Rachel came into town to visit my mom and dad.
